!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . After listening to the NPR, I was wondering if anyone could put some legal insight into this? Should Uber be held responsible for the behavior of the drivers hired through their service? I was also wondering if anyone has ever used this?

NPR will cheer for more laws and another bureaucracy to oversee it all.

"Progressive" control freak politicians will jump on board.

Regular lawyers will cheer for more regulations to interpret and sue over.

Trial lawyers will cheer for lottery ticket lawsuits.

Taxi medallion owners will cheer for anything that burdens the competition and cements their government-backed rent seeking.
